Vienna Township Zoning Department is looking for 2 residents to fill the ALTERNATE vacancy spots. Alternates will take a seat on the Zoning Commission Board or the Board of Appeals if a member has a scheduling conflict or a relationship with the applicant.
Eligibility Requirements:
-Vienna Resident and Property Owner
-In Good Standing. No criminal history
-Basic land-use knowledge, Township Zoning Regulations
-How to read site plans, maps, and zoning codes
-Great understanding of community impact, such as traffic, noise, environment, and business
-Ability to weigh legal standards and not personal preference
