Notice is hereby given that the Vienna Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Mathews High School Cafeteria, located at 4429 Warren-Sharon Road, Vienna, Ohio 44473, at 6p.m.
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment regarding proposed language to be adopted into the Vienna Township Zoning Resolution Book concerning Data Centers.
The proposed amendment will establish zoning regulations and requirements pertaining to Data Centers within Vienna Township.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments regarding the proposed zoning language. Copies of the proposed language will be available for public review Tuesdays from 10-2 PM and before the hearing.
